Chesapeake Sports Club
The Chesapeake Sports Club held its monthly luncheon at the Chesapeake Conference Center.
The guest speaker was Dr. Camden Wood Selig, who joined Old Dominion in 2010 as the university's Director of Athletics. His "Championship Effort" philosophy has led to ODU having one of the most respected and successful intercollegiate programs in the nation.
Bob Hicks was recognized as the latest Legend of Honor. Two of Chesapeake Sports Club's major sponsors, Dennis Ellmer of Priority Auto Group and Nathan Beck of The Beck Foundation, were also recognized.
